The Eastbury has two versatile and attractive meeting rooms to meet your individual meeting and conference requirements. Each are professionally equipped to cater for all business and social events.

Rooms can be hired by the half or full day and our events team will work to tailor individual packages to ensure that all equipment, dining and accommodation needs are seamlessly looked after. For meetings, private parties and other occasions the “Garden Suite” can accommodate up to 45 participants and the more intimate “Library” accommodating up to 12.

The Garden Suite

Facilitating up to 45 delegates with round tables for both presentations and conferencing. Call our Reception Team for a viewing and more details.

This is a peaceful and inspiring space, with smaller rooms available for breakaway groups. Light and spacious, the room faces south onto the hotels lovely walled garden with French doors opening directly out onto the croquet lawn terrace.

The Library

The Library is classically and beautifully decorated and perfectly suits boardroom style meetings and conferences.

The Library is a particularly stunning reception and function room, accommodating up to 12 delegates. It’s less for screens, more for discussion and conversation and provides the ideal setting for a focused and productive day. The beautiful table even converts into a full size snooker table for those looking for a team building venue with a difference. The Library is also ideal for private lunches or social gatherings.
