SPA ETIQUETTE/ATTIRE
For clients having treatments, we respectfully request that underwear is worn for all treatments requiring you to be undressed. For those clients on Spa Packages (both men and women) will feel most comfortable with their robe over their swimwear. Our Therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times. Swimwear is mandatory at all times in and around the Spa area.
ARRIVALS
Guests are requested to arrive at least ten minutes before your treatment time is due to start in order to change, if desired, and fill out a medical questionnaire, consultation form and disclaimer. Please note taht guests will not be permitted without a signed form. Late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be reduced or unable to be honoured but still be charged. All treatment times indicated include an allowance of five minutes for consultation, dressing and undressing.
HEALTH
Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions so that appropriate treatment can be recommended. We do ask you advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your spa booking.
The Eastbury Spa cannot be held responsible for any changes to treatments or cancellations that occur due to non-disclosure of medical conditions at the time of booking.
On arrival you’ll be asked to complete a medical consultation form, it is important you answer all questions honestly and provide as much detail as possible.
Please note guests suffering from any heart conditions or high blood pressure will be unable to use any of our heat experiences, and we strongly advise against the use of any heat experiences if you are pregnant.
MOBILE PHONES
Guests are reminded that all mobile phones and pagers are to be switched off during your visit to the Spa.
SMOKING
For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, a no smoking policy is operated throughout the Spa area. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas of the hotel.
THE SPA SHOP
A full range of products to maintain the benefits of your treatments are available. Please ask your therapist for more information. We also sell a range of swimwear for men and women.
GIFT VOUCHERS
We offer gift vouchers for all occasions. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or amount from reception.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We can sometimes offer treatments that have not been pre-booked, however, to avoid disappointment, we do recommend that you book your required treatments in advance.
The Eastbury will not be held liable for any loss or damage to yourself or property during your visit to the spa.
NOTE: Children under 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities and treatments. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
BOOKING POLICY
Full payment for treatments or packages is taken on booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable but we will endeavour to change your booking when given 48 hours notice. Full charge will occur in case of no-show or failure to disclose contraindications upon consultation.
