Spa Etiquette

Please note that some of our policies have changed due to the new Government Guidelines.

All guests must wear a face covering when entering our Spa. 

 

SPA ETIQUETTE/ATTIRE
For clients having treatments, we respectfully request that underwear is worn for all treatments requiring you to be undressed. For those clients on Spa Packages (both men and
women) will feel most comfortable with their robe over their swimwear. Our Therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times. Swimwear is mandatory at all times in and
around the Spa area.

ARRIVALS
Guests are requested to arrive at least five minutes before your treatment time is due to start in order to change, if desired, and fill out a medical questionnaire. Late arrival will mean that your treatment time will be reduced or unable to be honoured but still be charged. All treatment times indicated include an allowance of five minutes for consultation, dressing and undressing.

MOBILE PHONES
Guests are reminded that all mobile phones and pagers are to be switched off during your visit to the Spa.

 

SMOKING
For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, a no smoking policy is operated throughout the Spa area.

THE SPA SHOP
A full range of products to maintain the benefits of your treatments are available. Please ask your therapist for more information. We also sell a range of swimwear for men and women.

GIFT VOUCHERS
We offer gift vouchers for all occasions. Gift vouchers can be purchased for any treatment or amount from reception.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We can sometimes offer treatments that have not been pre-booked, however, to avoid disappointment, we do recommend that you book your required treatments in advance. If you are not sure which treatment to have then it is advisable to book a time out with one of our therapists and then decide on a specific treatment upon arrival.

NOTE: Children under 16 are not permitted to use the spa facilities

BOOKING POLICY
Full payment for treatments or packages is taken on booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are non-refundable but we will endeavour to change your booking when given 48 hours notice.
