Our Executive chef, Matthew Street and his team in the award winning Seasons Kitchen will take you through a taste sensation in seven delicious and memorable courses. To complete your fine dining experience, Matthew has selected matching wines from his cellar that are paired perfectly to the dishes he creates. So enjoy a night of “foodie” indulgence as you sit back and enjoy our tasting menu in the relaxing environment of our recently refurbished restaurant.
